Why is document verification required, and is my information secure?
We ask for documents to confirm you qualify for Verified Trader / Verified IB status. That's what unlocks tier-specific networking, exclusive sessions, and partner offers — and keeps the verification badge meaningful for everyone at the event. Your documents are used solely for this verification, handled securely, and never shared without your consent.
Where do I collect my badge?
Once your registration has been approved and completed, you will receive an email with your unique bar-coded ticket for the event. You must present this at badge pick-up in order to collect your pass, along with a government-issued Photo ID.
Passes can be collected from the exhibition venue between 10:00 am and 5:30 pm on both days of the event.
I need a visa to attend - Can you assist?
• We do not, under any circumstances, provide any assistance relating to visas. We recommend that you check with your local government for information on required documents and arrangements you'll need for travel to Dubai.
• We are unable to provide advice on your personal requirements. In most cases, the confirmation email that you receive on the approval of your registration should suffice.
